The Botswana Defence Force (BDF) has released the names of shortlisted candidates to report at mobile recruitment centers for the selections and other recruitment exercises per the given dates and times.
BDF Invitation for Selection of Officer Cadets
The following shortlisted candidates are to report at the below listed Mobile Recruitment Centres as per the given dates and timings. These Mobile Recruitment Centres are Gaborone, Maun, Tsabong, Kasane, Gantsi, Francistown, and Palapye.
The Gaborone Recruitment Centre has been divided into three (3) Processing Stations: SSKB, Village Garisson, and Glen Valley Barracks. Candidates shortlisted under Gaborone Recruitment Centre must report at their specified Processing Stations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to report at the specified Recruitment Centres as per the given dates and timings would be an automatic disqualification.
BDF Documents Required for Selection and Interview
Candidates who have applied for the Botswana Defence Force (BDF) recruitment and have been shortlisted are required to bring the following documents;
- All Original relevant Certificates / Transcripts
- Omang (Identity Card) or Original Registration Slip
- Medical Records/Cards (Dikarata tsa sepatela)
NB: All candidates shall undergo an Anthropometry Screening (i.e. Height, Weight, and BMI) and fitness test of a 2.4 km run, pushups, and sit-ups on the first stage. Further, candidates whose names do not appear should consider themselves unsuccessful.
