Appointment of Staff

The University of Cape Coast invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, results-oriented, and highly motivated individuals for appointment to the under listed positions:

3. Quantity Surveyor

4. Construction Project Manager

5. Services Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Surveyor

Applicant must:

1. possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
2. be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
3. have four (4) years post qualification working experience.
4. have two (2) referees’ reports in support of the application.

B. Land Economist

Applicant must:

1. possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
2. be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
3. have four (4) years post qualification working experience.
4. have two (2) referees’ reports in support of the application

Background in Law will be an added advantage

C. Quantity Surveyor

Applicant must:

1. possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
2. be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
3. have four (4) years post qualification working experience.
4. have two (2) referees’ reports in support of the application

D. Construction Project Manager

Applicant must:

E. Services Engineer

Applicant must:

1. possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
2. be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing.

4. have two (2) referees’ reports in support of the application
