- Register an account at https://qmis.knec.ac.ke or through E-citizen
- Log in with the credentials sent to your email
- Select the Confirmation option from the menu
- Fill in the required details:
- Index Number, Type of exam, and Year then click find
- Destination address details (The institution requesting confirmation)
- Addressee
- Purpose of confirmation
- Attach a copy of the certificate/ result slip/result printout
- Apply and wait for the system to generate the payment details
- You will receive an SMS notification to log in and make payment
- Make the payment and wait for your application to be processed
