All categories of Students whether NCE, ND, HND, Undergraduate, or postgraduate are eligible irrespective of level.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ASSTF scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- NCE I, ND I, HND I, 100 Level and Masters Students are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited institution.
- Only residents of Adamawa State are eligible.
- Applicants should have a good academic record.
