Access GES Recruitment Portal

Access the Ghana Education Service – GES Recruitment Portal, login to purchase an e-voucher, and apply as a Colleges of Education or University Graduate. The GES portal is open for all eligible Ghanaian teachers who pass their Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) and wish to join the Ghana Education Service.

The GES Recruitment portal has the following navigation where you can buy a GES eVoucher, apply for GES promotions, recruit, Check posting and print appointment letters.

How to Buy GES eVoucher

Applicants can purchase an eVoucher using their mobile money wallet at a charge. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Browse gespromotions.gov.gh
2. Purchase the e-voucher code online
3. Select your Mobile Network (eg MTN Mobile Money)
4. Enter your ten (10) digit mobile number
5. Input your valid email address
6. Tap Submit and wait for approval
7. Check your phone to confirm the transaction
8. Copy the Voucher Code sent via SMS (eg. ZXWHUDTXSJTYK)

How to Apply for GES Recruitment

Follow the steps below to submit an online application through the Ghana Education Service (GES) promotion portal.

1. Login GES Portal
2. Tap on Apply for Recruitment
3. Buy and Enter your Voucher Code
4. Fill in your details and academic credentials
5. Provide your qualifications and years of teaching experience
6. Select your subject of preference
7. State the Non-teaching work experience (if any)
8. Choose Three (3) regions of your choice
9. Enter your National Service details (if YES)
10. Provide your Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (Exam ID – eg. GTLE/ER 25642822- 24)
11. Provide School attended (Names, Year of completion) from the highest to the lowest.
12. Preview the application summary, and Submit
13. Print or Save it as a PDF.

Here’s how to check if you have been posted by the Ghana Education Service (GES).

1. Navigate to the Homepage
2. Tap on the eVoucher Card
3. Select Recruitment
4. Fill in the appropriate details for payment
5. Proceed to the Recruitment Result Page
6. Enter your Index Number and Voucher number
7. Tap view and print your appointment letter.
