Ghana Education Service (GES) is the government body responsible for the recruitment of both professionally trained Colleges of Education, Graduates, and Non-Teaching Staff in Ghana.
How to Apply for GES Posting and Recruitment
All newly trained teachers and university graduates who wish to work under the GES will be required to meet the following requirement to be considered for the latest recruitment.
Applicants must:
- Passed the final year College of Education examination (if attended CoE)
- Graduate from tertiary education institutions
- Have written the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE)
- Complete the mandatory one-year national service
- Be prepared to work at any place they will be posted to.
