The JKUAT student emails are running on Google Mail (GMAIL). All JKUAT students should use University email addresses. Get your email address by entering your registration number below.
- Go to https://emailgen.jkuat.ac.ke/
- Enter the Correct Registration Number
- Tap on the Search button to get the Email details
- If Email details are found, follow the 6-steps provided for activation
How to Download JKUAT Admission Letter Online
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to download your admission letter via JKUAT Portal.
- Explore JKUAT Admission Portal
- Tap on Sign Up to Create an Account
- Log in with your Email and type in your password (Your KCSE Index No/Exam Year) (e.g. 12345678910/2025)
- Download your admission letter and All the Attached Documents
- Apply for a scholarship with the New Funding Model via HEF Portal and other University funds in Kenya
Return to upload your documents online
- Go to admission.jkuat.ac.ke
- Tap on Admitted Students Login
- Login using your Registration number as the Username and Password
- Activate your JKUAT Account
- Fill in bio-data and upload all the required
- Preview and Submit
