About IMM E-Learn Moodle
IMM E-Learn Moodle is an online Graduate School’s learner management system, that has your back with core material, progress tracking, self-assessment, academic contact, and more. The assignment is an integral part of your learning with the IMM Graduate School and forms a foundation on which to build and prepare for the examination.
The assignment is submitted online (eLearn) for the following modules: AL101, ALP101, BP304, BRP302, MRP302, and WIL301, and ALL Postgraduate modules.
Read the Instructions for completing and submitting your assignment before you attempt your assignment.
- Save your Word document as a PDF. DO NOT SCAN!
- Ensure to give yourself ample time to make the submission. It is good practice to submit the day before the due date. Our phone lines and emails may be congested so we advise you to submit them early.
- No extensions or allowances will be granted to students because of Turnitin.
- If you submit late you will be penalized!
How to Submit Assignment on IMM eLearn

In this guide you will learn how to:
- Prepare your work for submission (formatting)
- Submitting your work online
- Receive and translate the similarity report generated by Turnitin
- Resubmit your work (where deemed necessary)
How to Login IMM eLearn Moodle
Give yourself ample time to make the submission. +/-15 minutes depending on your internet speed and computer skills.
Do not leave submitting too late so as to avoid any frustrations. It is good practice to submit early.
- Go to IMM Website
- Navigate to Current Students
- Tap on eLearn
- Login IMM eLearn
- Enter your Student Number and PIN
- Select the applicable Module
- Tap on the Assignment icon
- Navigate to My Submissions page
- Tap Submit Paper
- Insert the Title of your assignment. E.g. D12345_ABM401
- Add your assignment to the File to Submit box
Read the disclaimers and tick to acknowledge your understanding and compliance with the same. Congratulations you have submitted your assignment.
- You will see (online) and receive (via email) the Digital receipt confirming your submission
- Assignments are currently not graded online, access IMM GSM Student Portal for grades on release date.
Summary
- Adhere to the format indicated in the Instructions for completing and submitting the assignment
- You must submit 1 document not exceeding 40 MB. (BRP302 and MRP302 students are submitting 1 PDF and 1 PowerPoint presentation)
- Save your Word document as a PDF. E.g. D12345_ABM401
- Do not scan the assignment as eLearn will reject scanned documents
NB: A cover sheet is not required for online submissions therefore there is no cover sheet available.
