The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has announced the placement schedule for 6,015 nurses and midwives from the 2020 batch who applied for postings through the Ministry of Health portal. These health professionals must report to their preferred regions for selection and placement based on their cadres.
According to a public announcement issued by the GHS, all nurses and midwives admitted onto the portal who opted to work with the Service are to present their certificates and AIN/PIN from the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Nurses and Midwives Placement Schedule 2024
The placement process will take place in the respective regions of preference under the following arrangements:
