The Ghana Statistical Service invites sealed quotations from eligible catering service providers to provide Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, and three (3) bottles of 750ml mineral water (See all details) for participants during the training of field personnel in the districts.
When is the date for training 2021 Ghana PHC Field Officers?
Meanwhile, the Ghana Statistical Service – GSS has dispatched census materials to the districts after securing a space for logistics in all the 272 statistical districts. These include:
- Training materials for approximately 76,500 prospective Field Officers to be trained from May 31 to June 9.
- Logistics to be used for data collection from June 13 to 11 July
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) for census officials
- Publicity, education, and advocacy materials for the public education campaign
2021 Ghana PHC in strict Adherence to COVID-19 Protocols
Also, the Ghana Statistical Service in conjunction with the Ghana Health Service will vaccinate approximately 85, 000 census officials starting May 31. Due to COVID-19 protocols, the class sizes for training Field Officers have been reduced to maintain social distancing.

During the 2021 Population and Housing Census – PHC all census officials will be screened daily for health and safety, nose masks and hand sanitizers will be provided and also, 2021 PHC officials will be trained to keep at least 2m from the respondent.
